SigmaTel, Inc. (NASDAQ:SGTL), a leader in mixed-signal multimedia semiconductors, today announced fourth quarter and fiscal year 2005 results for the period ended December 31, 2005. Revenues for fiscal year 2005 were $324.5 million, an increase of 67% compared to revenue for fiscal year 2004 of $194.8 million.
